We at Freedom understand this and want to provide you with the ability to be able to manage your Freedom Account, remotely, in real-time, 24/7, offering you a convenient and fast service.

With this in mind, you can manage your Freedom Card Account remotely, in real time, via your mobile phone by sending the following SMS commands to +44 (0) 778 1480 143

Balance

Returns the balance of your account
Command: balance {last 4 digits of card number}
Example:

Activate

Activates your Freedom Card.
Command: activate {Full 16 digit card number}
{date of Birth expressed as DDMMYYYY}
Example:

Request PIN of your card via SMS.
Command: pin {Full 16 digit card number}
{date of Birth expressed as DDMMYYYY}
Example:

Allows a Primary Cardholder to transfer money to an associated Companion Card.
Command:share {Primary card last 4 digits of card number}
{Companion Card last 4 digits of card number} {Amount}
Example:

EX

Returns the current foreign exchange rate for converting from one currency to another.
Command:ex {Currency From} {Currency To} {Amount}

Block

Places a temporary block on your card.
Command:block {last 4 digits of card number}

Lost

Cancels the card and places a order for a new card.
Command:lost {last 4 digits of card number}
Example:

Stolen

Cancels the card and places a order for a new card.
Command:stolen {last 4 digits of card number}
Example:

Buy

You can now purchase a Freedom Eagle Cash Card using your mobile phone! Simply text BUY FR and send to 82023. Then wait for the text messages that will explain what you need to do next in order to complete your purchase.
