    How to load your card  

    Loading money onto your Freedom Prepaid MasterCard® couldn't be easier. Have your wages or benefits paid directly onto your card by providing your card account details to your employer or benefits officer (please use card account details below, it is vital that you provide your 16 digit card number to avoid any delays in money arriving on your card).

    • Bank: Royal Bank of Scotland

    • Account Name: Transact Network Limited

    • Account Number: 23030104

    • Sort Code: 15-10-00

    • Payment Reference – You will need to provide the full 16 digit card number.

    Alternatively, send money directly from a bank account by filling in the bank load form - click here to download a copy - or by taking cash into your local bank.

    PayPoint  

    There are over 20,000 PayPoint nationwide available (click here to locate your nearest outlet) to load your Freedom Card. Simply pay cash over the counter along with your Freedom Card to the cashier, they will undertake the load and hand you back a receipt with your card. Top up any amount from £10 to £499, your money will be available for you to use on your Freedom Card within 2 hours.

    Post Office  

    With over 14,000 local post offices throughout the UK, there is no need to worry about finding somewhere to load your card. Simply hand over the cash and your Freedom Card to the cashier and they will load the funds onto your card. Please ask for a receipt when you are handed back your Freedom Card. Funds will normally be available to use on the card by 10.30am next working day.

    Cash Generator  

    You can purchase a Freedom Card and load at selected Cash Generator Stores nationwide. If you do not already own a Freedom card you can purchase one at any Cash Generator store, why not load your card at the same time? Within one transaction you have a card that is ready to use.
