Upgrade to a Freedom Prepaid MasterCard

Upgrading your Freedom card is simple and easy to do

If you are 18 or over and resident in the UK, you can get a Freedom Prepaid MasterCard® without any credit checks and without any proof of identity. However if you would like increase your reloadable amount and cash access we require further verification.

Upgrading is really simple...

Online

All you need to do is...
1. Log into your Freedom online account
2. From the left hand menu, select the option to upgrade card
3. Simply type in your Passport or UK drivers license number

How to get your documents to us...



Scan and Email to White Eagle

All you need to do is scan a copy of your driving license or passport and a proof of address that is dated in the last 3 months and email them to customerservice@freedom-card.co.uk
